These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of productblueprintbook.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of The Product Blueprint and any related products or add-ons (the “Products”) offered by us (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Orders & Pricing
The Product Blueprint book is offered at no charge; you pay only shipping and handling as displayed at checkout. Optional add-ons, such as the Inventor’s Toolkit, are offered at the price shown at the time of order. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.
2. Payment
Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States unless otherwise noted at checkout. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.
4. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at the email below within 30 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except where a Product arrived damaged or defective.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the book itself, and any digital worksheets or templates — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it; it does not transfer any ownership or right to redistribute, resell, or publish the content.
